Non-Returnable Items
Due to federal law and safety regulations, the following items are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded unless defective or damaged upon arrival:

Safety gear (ear protection, eye protection, etc., once opened)
Returnable Items
The following products may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery, provided they are unused, in original packaging, and include all accessories/manuals:

Optics (scopes, red dots, binoculars, rangefinders)

Hunting gear and apparel

Knives and tools (unused)

Fishing equipment

Non-regulated accessories (bags, slings, mounts, etc.)
Return Process

Request Authorization

Contact our customer service team at sales@redwoodarsenal.com with your order number and reason for return.

Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

Ship the Item Back

Once approved, we’ll provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was defective or sent in error.

Inspection & Refund

All returns are inspected upon arrival.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after approval.

Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Products

If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, notify us within 7 days of delivery.

We will arrange a replacement or provide a full refund, including shipping costs.

Clearance, sale, or special-order items may not be eligible for return.

Bulk or wholesale purchases (B2B orders) follow separate terms and conditions.

For firearms, all warranties are handled directly through the manufacturer.
