At Redwood Arsenal, we are committed to delivering your firearms, ammunition, and outdoor products safely, securely, and in full compliance with federal and state regulations. Please review our shipping guidelines below before placing an order.

General Shipping Information

  • Orders are typically processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Shipping times vary by location and product type.

  • Tracking information will be sent via email once your order ships.

Firearms Shipping

  • Firearms cannot be shipped directly to your home.

  • All firearms must be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer.

  • You must complete all required background checks and paperwork at the FFL before taking possession.

  • The receiving FFL may charge a transfer fee, which is the responsibility of the buyer.

Ammunition Shipping

  • Ammunition orders are shipped in compliance with federal, state, and local laws.

  • In California, ammunition may only be shipped to a licensed vendor for customer pickup.

  • An adult signature (21+) is required upon delivery.

Shipping Zones & Costs

  • California (Home State):

    • Flat rate: $10–$20 depending on product weight and type.

    • Firearms: shipped only to California-based FFLs.

  • Continental U.S. (Lower 48 States):

    • Standard ground shipping: $15–$30 based on order size.

    • Free shipping on non-restricted accessory orders over $200.

  • Alaska & Hawaii:

    • Higher rates apply due to air shipping requirements.

    • Some items (ammo, hazardous materials) may not be eligible for shipment.

Restricted Shipping

We do not ship regulated items (firearms, ammunition, or magazines) to states or municipalities where they are prohibited. Restricted items will be automatically canceled from your order.

Delivery Estimates

  • Standard Ground: 3–7 business days (depending on location).

  • Firearm transfers may take longer due to FFL processing and state-mandated waiting periods (10 days in California).

Additional Notes

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and FFL information.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped.

  • Oversized or heavy items may require additional handling fees.
